The technicians at Trimagic Software have extensive experience in successfully converting data from many different systems. A complete and successful implementation of the Trimagic solution typically includes a combination of our additional services of installation, post implementation review, consulting, training and technical support. All data conversion is carried out at our Sydney Head Office.

The steps we follow to ensure a successful outcome are as follows:

• Project Manager Trimagic will assign a Project Manager to consult with you to formulate a project plan outlining all steps in the project with expected timeframes for each step.
• Data formatting Prior to commencing the conversion, a Trimagic technician will advise you of the best format and method to send your existing system and/or data.
• Data delivery The client delivers the data to Trimagic Software for review and analysis.
• Data mapping In close consultation with the client, we conduct an analysis of the existing fields and data content to ensure alignment with nominated fields within the Trimagic solution.
• Prototypes A prototype of the new solution can be created prior to conversion of all data. This provides clients with a chance to review their solution and request changes and/or additions at an early stage.
• System freeze Two weeks prior to the delivery of the Trimagic Solution, we request the client to "freeze" their existing system so that all current data can be captured.
• Solution delivery Upon completion of the conversion, an integrated Trimagic solution is delivered to the client. We recommend a trial of the system leading to a post implementation review at a nominated future date.
