What is a Maintenance agreement?
A Maintenance agreement is a yearly contract that entitles you to continually receive all the software enhancements and upgrades throughout the year, including version releases from Inmagic. It is the most cost effective and efficient way to keep your solution up to date.
Other benefits of having a Maintenance agreement include access to the Inmagic Extranet. The Inmagic Extranet is a condensed source for Inmagic product, technical and support information.
Keeping your Inmagic Products on the same version is important. Many clients have both DB/TextWorks and WebPublisher PRO. Both these products need to be kept on the same version as they are designed to work together and, therefore, there are interdependencies. To ensure both DB/TextWorks and WebPublisher PRO will work correctly it is highly recommended that they be upgraded together.
